Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Because our candles are hand-poured in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high demand or new releases. Any significant delays will be communicated via email.
Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Broroma Candles is not responsible for:
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Packages lost or stolen after delivery
Please contact the carrier directly for delivery issues once a package has been marked as delivered.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Broroma Candles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is returned and reshipped.
International Shipping
At this time, Broroma Candles ships within the United States only.
